New Offices
We are in the process of procureing new office premices. We are rapidly outgrowing our existing premices and are looking towards future expansion. The move should be complete by December 2008.

Turnover exceeds a million
Turnover for the year oct 07/08 achieved the target of £1m. This years target of £1.5m is well underway and the troubled times have not affected us due to our reputation.

CIOB
Anthony Dever becomes chairman elect for Liverpool Center Chartered Institute of Building. In autumn 2009 Tony will take over as chairman for a record 3rd time and will produce a year of activities including annual dinner. Tony has previously been chairman of the North West of England for the CIOB in 2000; in which capacity he interviewed Nick Rainsford the construction minister and questioned him about vat on demostic repairs and aggregate tax. Anthony Dever Construction has a table at this year's annual dinner as per the last few years.

Warrington College
The £500,000 extension to the Brickwork and Vehicle Workshop was completed in September, on time and in budget. A glowing reference was received from McBains Cooper the architects
January 2007
ISO9001
On the 10th January 2007 Anthony Dever Construction was ISO9001:2000 accredited. This follows six months of development and refinement of internal systems and processes. The company has emerged a stronger more focused organisation. Quality is something everyone in the organisation should concerned with from the manual worker to the managing director says Anthony Dever MD. We've got our quality systems in place, now its time to turn our scrutiny onto our enviromnental management systems.
The company is now working towards ISO14001 accreditation.

House of Light
The newly refurbished House of Light on Aughton Street Ormskirk has opened for business. The work included major structural alterations to the interior of the building and a new shop facade.
